This background sparked my passion for real estate and gives my clients a unique perspective on the market. I have completed the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. I believe that continued education in the ever changing world of real estate is invaluable to the buyers and sellers that I represent. I specialize in helping homebuyers, downsizing sellers, and families managing estate transitions.

I currently live in Spokane Valley, WA, with my husband, Daren, and our mini-bernedoodle, Halley. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy photography, boating, snow skiing, traveling, flower gardening, and spending quality time with my adult children. My deep roots in the community and love for the Pacific Northwest inspire my dedication to helping families find homes that fit their lifestyle and dreams.
