The Benefit to You

The website gets a direct feed from the CDA MLS, which is the local real estate database used by all North Idaho realtors. This database is updated every 15 minutes, providing you with up to date listings that include all the photos and information you could want about any particular property in our area.

How to Use It

The advantage to you is that you can save your favourite searches and get daily email alerts of new listings that fit the parameters that you have entered regarding what you are looking for. The Interactive Map Search allows you to view properties on the map provided, and you can refine your search on that map by drawing out the boundaries that you are interested in.

If you like to keep up to date on what's happening in your neighbourhood you can also create a Custom Market Report. This way you can see what is active and under contract in your neighbourhood.
